Invidividual Therapy

Appointment Types:
Individual therapy sessions for adults and adolescents 14 years and over.
Sessions can be conducted either in person or via Telehealth.

Session Duration:
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes.
​
Fees:
Standard session fees are $220.
Note: this is below the APS recommended fee of $300.
RebATES
Medicare:
With a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you are eligible for a rebate on up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
The current rebate amount is $96.65.

Private Health Funds:
You may be eligible for a private health fund rebate. Please check with your health fund. You will not be able to claim both Medicare and Private Health for the same session.
​
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS):
Therapy sessions can be covered by your NDIS plan. Check your plan information to ensure you are eligible.
​
Victim's Services Counselling:
Up to 22 hours of therapy can be provided for victims of crime under the NSW Victim's Services scheme.

Booking Information
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations of bookings within 24 hours will forfeit the full session fee. Sessions can be changed to Telehealth if you are unwell.

Payment:
Payment for first appointments booked online is required upfront. Payment for subsequent sessions is required at the time of your appointment and can be processed using our secure platform or direct deposit.
